Let me show you. First, I used a calipers to measure this jig and model the negative space on the computer. Using this grid, I simply applied it to these other bodies that were designed for specific material sizes and thicknesses. Then I exported, sliced, and hit print on my P1P. And now that they’re done, I can show you how they work! Simply pop the KJM into the jig you’re using, and place it on the material. Hold it down tightly and drill away. No measuring or clamping! This one is for the 2by side of 2by material. These are for the 4by side of 4x material. This one can slide along the edge of 2by material or any 1.5” material. And this one can slide along the edge of any 3/4” material.
