Day 28/30 casserole series Copycat Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole 30 ounce bag of frozen Hashbrowns 10.5 ounce cream of chicken soup 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp salt 1 pepper 6 tablespoons butter, melted 1 cup sour cream Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1 cup of shredded cheese. Add to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Cover and bake 1 hour at 375°.
