Instant pot Pumpkin puree: Cut pumpkin and take out seeds. Place steam rack in pot and about a cup of water. Put pumpkin on the rack. Lid on, vent sealed. Manual high pressure for 10 min. When finished let it naturally release pressure until it's safe to open. Remove pumpkin and take off skin. Pumpkin Spice Sauce(for coffee): -1 cup water -1/3 cup sugar -2/3 cup brown sugar -1 T pumpkin pie spice -1/2(ish) cup pumkin -vanilla Add all but vanilla to a pot and simmer for 5 min. Let cool and add to a jar.
