Replying to @Steve Have you tried the viral “stiffy” egg? This is definitely necessary! A crazy amount of flavour and texture going on in this brekky dish. I call it the “viral stiffy egg” INGREDIENTS: - egg seasoned with HealthIER bbq rub - homemade pesto - grated cheeses: Parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar - homemade bacon diced METHOD: 1) in a slippery af pan, add cheese to perimeter then add dollops of pesto and diced Peppa pig 2) add some in the centre and crack the egg on top. Season with your fave rub or salt and pepper 3) cook until cheese goes stiff, and has started to cook.
