Y’all already know Cesarina is my all time favorite restaurant in San Diego and I am so thrilled that Elvira lived up to the hype! 🍝STARTERS SHOWN We had the fritti Del Giorno which is their fried menu item of the day. We visited on Thursday and the Supple was *chefs kiss*.
