Doesnβt get much easier than this π An easy snack you can literally eat whenever π€ πΏππ©πππ‘π¨: - 1/2 cup peanut butter - 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (low sugar preferably) - 1/2 cup chocolate - 1 tbsp coconut oil πΏππ§πππ©ππ€π£π¨: 1. Combine peanut butter and yogurt - Stir until smooth 2. Roll into balls or place into molds, place on parchment paper, and freeze until hardened (about 1 hour) 3. Microwave chocolate and coconut oil in 30 seconds increments, stirring in between, until smooth 4. Dip each ball in chocolate, place back on parchment paper, and freeze again until hardened (~ 30 minutes) - - - #healthysnack #healthy #easysnack
