Don’t double it for just your family First mix melted butter and cocoa Until smooth then add flour, salt amd sugar mix together. Then eggs and vanilla mix till its really smooth. You can tell. Its really easy. I would set timer for 15-18 minutes then check with a toothpick every couple minutes till the tootpick comes out clean. I dont like burnt brownies.
