Nutella recipe: 8 oz hazelnuts 3/4 cup date sugar 1/3 cup cocoa powder 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp sea salt 1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread out the hazelnuts and roast for 12-15 minutes, until slightly browned. 2. Transfer hazelnuts to a clean kitchen towel. Massage with the towel for a few minutes to remove as many of the skins as possible. 3. Add hazelnuts to food processor and process until a smooth nut butter forms.
