s how i clean the fire ants off sprouted coconut orders! my friends at the inspection office are always stoked when i bring in the husked coconuts. they say that its easier to inspect them! the truth is... i HATE inspection... BUT.. i do see how its beneficial. 🙀 for one.. since ive lived here in hawaii (7 years now) there have been invasive pests that arrive on the island (usually from stuff that was sent WITHOUT inspection..) the CRB - coconut rhinoceros beetle being the worst one IMO.. this beetle will destroy coconut trees, pineapples, sugarcane, bananas, hala & more!! 😭 the Queensland longhorn beetle is another one. out here destroying fruit trees. old. established. beautiful. fruit trees 😭. so.. my point is- even tho i HATE inspection i also know how important it is for me to make sure im not spreading these pests all over the US! every seed/cutting/plant/ Sprouted coconut i send gets inspected here in hawaii before making jt to you ❤️🫶🏼. the box will have certain stamps to show that its been inspected. speaking of coconuts. i got them 20% off at the moment. my whole shop! so if you been wanting to support me and my farm, or if you just like coconuts (seeds etc too) now would be a great time to do that 🤑. for every sprouted coconut you buy. i plant one over here. its a WIN WIN WIN if you ask me! please help me plant as many coconuts as we can! should we start with a goal of 100? 🥰 check the top of my page for the link 🥥🥥 comment: 🥥 (coconut) when you get yours!!
