This Mint Sauce/Chutney is sooo good, I use it for my wraps or as a side. You can adjust the spice level by adding less chillies & you can also change up the consistency to make it weaker by adding some water 🌿 Here’s how to make it: * To a blender, add in 20 grams coriander (dhania), 20 grams mint, ¼ onion, 2 green chillies, 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder & 50ml water. * Blend & empty into a bowl. * Add 6 tablespoon plain yoghurt & mix well. * Add water if needed for a weaker consistency. * Enjoy! #mintchutney #mintsauce #mint #eatmeerecipes #ramadan2024 #eid #sauces #tiktokcookbook #indianrecipes @nutribullet

CRE-MO-RA Custard Pastries for Iftaar Recipe credit: @Foodies of SA Ingredients: * 1 tbsp NESTLÉ Cremora Original * 5 tbsp NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk * 1 large egg * 1 tbsp corn flour * 1 roll (400g) store-bought puff pastry, thawed Serving suggestion: * Honey * Chopped nuts Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C & line a large baking tray with baking paper. 2. Combine 1 tablespoon of NESTLÉ Cremora Original, 1⁄2 cup of water, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, egg, & corn flour in a small pot & whisk until the mixture is smooth & thoroughly combined. 3. Cook the mixture on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until thick. *Chef’s tip: alternatively, cook the custard in the microwave! 4. Place cling wrap directly over the custard & allow to cool for 10 minutes. 5. While the custard is cooling, roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Divide the pastry into 48 small squares. Fold the corners of each square towards the center & press down to secure them in place during baking. 6. Spoon a teaspoon of custard into the center of each square. *Chef’s tip: ensure to not overfill them to avoid spillage during baking. 7. Bake the pastries for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the oven & allow them to cool on a wire rack before serving. 8. Once ready to serve, garnish with chopped nuts, a drizzle of honey & ENJOY! *Chef’s tip: use any nuts of your choice! #ad #GetThatCremoraFeeling #CremoraCustardPastries #eatmeerecipes #ramadan2024 #iftaar #desserts #eid

This no bake Cocotella dessert not only looks beautiful but tastes absolutely delicious! I didn’t have a name for them so I went with Cocotella (coconut & Nutella) 🤭 let me know what names you would’ve went with… Here’s how to make them (makes 12): * Bring out 200 grams of Boudoir biscuits aka lady fingers. * Spread Nutella on the flat side of biscuits & then sandwich together with another biscuit. * In two separate bowls, pour in some milk into one of the bowls (it can be either room temperature or straight from the fridge). * In another bowl, add in some desiccated coconut. * Dip the sandwiched biscuits into the milk & then coat in the desiccated coconut. * Place them into individual cupcake liners. * To a mixing bowl, add 250ml of fresh cream or Orley whip with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar & ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence. * Whisk until stiff peaks form. Place into piping bag with a nozzle of your choice. * Pipe the cream over each biscuit & top with crumbled flake chocolate. * Place into the refrigerator for a few hours so that the biscuits can soften & then enjoy! Note: the cream does have a lot leftover so this can be used to make more of the dessert or you may use it in pastries or just settle on whipping a smaller quantity. #eatmeerecipes #boudoir #ladyfingers #cocotella #recipes #nobake #nobakedessert #desserts #ramadanrecipes #easter #southafricatiktok #nutella
