Make sure you dont forget to start your day with water before anything else. I promise I had way more water throughout this day than pictured lol, but unfortunately, I forgot to take photos typically me 🙄 This was a pretty carb heavy day for me, I do usually always eat carbs, they don’t scare me. Also, did you know if you blend up cottage cheese in your scrambled eggs, you will get the most fluffy high protein eggs. This is a newfound love for me. Two more things not to forget….
