This video is going viral and I just refuse to backslide into diet culture as a society. We’ve never eradicated it but there was at least a point we understood this is bad advice. Also being qualified is a bare minimum. There are bad qualified nutritionists, just like there are people bad at their job in any profession. Here’s what you need to know though. If you stay hungry, you will live your day distracted. You will not have the energy you need to live your best life and when you are hungry, your body will force you to think about food because that’s how we survive. Thinking about food all day because you are restricting is not the answer. #dietculture
