Use Smooth, Consistent Movements / Work in smooth, consistent strokes from the free edge right across to the opposite side. If you hesitate your bit will skip, this is what puts manicurists off de-bulking as it can make you and your client jump! Maintain a steady hand and commit to taking that length all the way across. 3. Mind the Angles / Maintain a correct angle while de-bulking to ensure a uniform shape.
