Cheesy broccoli stuffed chicken recipe: Ingredients 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 medium sized chicken breast, boneless/skinless 2 tsp Chef Bae All purpose seasoning 8 oz cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup broccoli, freshly chopped (for the filling) 2 cups broccoli, fresh (for the garnish) 1/2 yellow onion, diced 5oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese Directions Preheat oven the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, onion, garlic, Chef Bae Seasoning Salt and broccoli. Wash and dry the chicken. Cut a small pocket into the breast and stuff it with the mixture. Season the chicken with Chef Bae Seasoning Salt on each side. (Or marinate the meat the night before.) Add olive oil to a skillet on medium heat and brown the chicken on each side until golden brown. (About 2-4 mins on each side, depending on the size.)
