Guys I have been holding on to this secret for a couple months now and I am super excited to share the exciting news. Im headed to Antigua! All that said, I’ve got all the essential details you need to start planning your trip, because it’s definitely not too late. Let’s get into it. Antigua Carnival will be from July 25 - August 6th. The parade dates are August 5th and 6th. To get to Antigua carnival, you would have to fly into VC Bird International Airport (ANU). If you don’t want to miss the height of the action, I recommend your travel dates be August 2 - 7. To stay close to all the festivities, I recommend you stay in the Saint Johns area. Some hotels in that area include the Royalton Chic, Royalton Antigua, and the Cocobay resort. If you are leaning toward an Airbnb, be sure to check out the Dickinson bay, jolly harbor and saint John’s parish. If you’re looking for a band to play with, registration is still open for most bands, but I will be playing with Sechnuns the Band. Here is a calendar of events for Antigua Carnival.
