What do you get when a burger spot (7th Street Burger) and a pizza spot (Leo) decide to make bagels? Apparently a very good bagel shop. We are not overly-experienced with sourdough bagels (or open-faced sandwiches, for that matter), but what we know is that these bagels are an awesome mix of fluffy, chewy, and crispy, and the topping quality here is excellent.
