#onthisday 2 years ago today, I was given no other options to treat my IBD but to get my colon and rectum removed. I was terrified of the surgery and even more fearful of the future. Looking back on this video I remember how scary the unknown was and how badly I needed to hear that everything would workout post surgery. Now I’m here, 2 years later, to tell that version of me that we made it.
