The Star of the show was the Vacio but we also grilled up some Mojellas aka sweetbreads, Blood sausage and some Argentine pork sausage. Good Times & Good Vibes. _______________________________________ The vacio is an Argentinian beef cut from the flank muscle around the belly of the animal.
