Marinade steak 3-4 hours. Prepare corn salsa by mixing corn, onion, cilantro, jalapenos, salt and lemon juice. Grill steak & cut in thin strips against the grain and then dice in opposite directions. Layer tostada with a thin layer of guacamole, chopped up skirt steak, corn salsa, greek yogurt, cotija cheese & chili lime seasoning. mason jar hollandaise sauce 🫙🥚 Ingredients: • 3 egg yolks • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted • Pinch of salt • Pinch of cayenne pepper 1. Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites in a small bowl. 2. Add lemon juice, salt & cayenne to yolks. 3. Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop until it’s completely liquid. 4. Whisk the egg yolks till everything is combined and begins to thicken. 5. Transfer all of yolk to a mason jar. 6. Once the butter is melted, slowly pour it into the mason jar containing the egg yolk mixture while using the immersion blender on low speed. Continue blending and pouring until all the butter is incorporated and the sauce is smooth and creamy. 7.
