Throughout my postpartum journey, as Iāve shared photos from the early days to now, many comments have mentioned how beautiful I looked in both. I appreciate every word, and I want to say, Iāve always felt beautiful at every stage. You can see Iām usually smiling genuinely in all of these. Positivity just feels so much better than being hard on yourself. Itās amazing how a little self-kindness can change everything. Hereās to embracing every change, feeling beautiful inside and out, and finding that spark again. š« š« š« #PostpartumJourney #SelfKindness #PositiveVibes #MomLife #BodyPositivity #EmbraceChange #NewMom #PostpartumBody #MotherhoodUnplugged #SelfLove #FindingTheSpark #HealingJourney #MomsOfInstagram #EmpoweredMoms #PostpartumCare #LoveYourself #MotherhoodJourney #MomBlogger #PostpartumSupport #StrongAsAMother

Hereās a quick recap of everything Iāve done this week to help regain my spark postpartum. Highlights of the week: Getting my BBL forever young & Moxi treatment at @rawcanvasskinclinic I am on Day 5 healing from it and canāt wait to see my results! My parents got a golden doodle pupš« he is the most perfect thing ever AND Iām not allergic to him. Another highlight was getting in some workouts with my little sister. I love working out on my own, but itās been great having some company once in a while @jackiemccurrachexplores If youāre just tuning in, Iām on a 60-day journey to rediscover myselfāthatās what the sticky notes are for. Theyāre not for tracking weight loss, and no, this isnāt a 75-day hard challenge. Every day, Iām making intentional decisions to do things for myself, to feel more like the person I was before. I canāt believe there are only 10 days left in this challenge! But the journey doesnāt stop there. These habits Iām building will make it easier to continue caring for myself beyond this initial period. Remember, postpartum doesnāt abruptly end at six weeks, six months, or even a year. It can take up to two years for your hormones to rebalance, so please, donāt pressure yourself to look or feel a certain way, or to be the person you were before having kids. Spoiler alert: youāll never be that person again. And thatās perfectly fine. Instead, why not become the most well-rounded, beautiful version of yourself after childbirth? Iām here to share it all, and I hope youāll join me on this journey. . . . #PostpartumJourney #GetMySparkBack #MomLife #SelfCareMatters #PostpartumFitness #HealthyMom #PostpartumHealing #MotherhoodUnplugged #MomSelfCare #postpartumsupport

Bio for my supplements š«¶š¼Iām focusing on feeling strong, healthy & happy in my own skin instead of a dumb number on the scale that literally means jack shit to meš¤·š¼āāļø Here is why ditching the scale has been the best thing for me personally ā”ļøFocus on Health, Not Numbers:** Ditching the scale allows me to focus on nourishing my body and mind rather than fixating on a number. Itās about feeling vibrant and energetic, not hitting a specific weight. ā”ļøEmbracing Body Changes:** Postpartum bodies go through so many changes, and not using a scale has helped me embrace these changes as a natural part of the journey. Itās about appreciating the strength and resilience of my body, regardless of the number on the scale. ā”ļøCelebrating Non-Scale Victories:** Instead of obsessing over pounds lost, I celebrate non-scale victories like feeling more energized,my engagement ring fitting again or noticing increased strength and stamina during workouts. ā”ļøReducing Stress and Anxiety:** Stepping away from the scale has relieved me of the stress and anxiety that often come with weight fluctuations. ā”ļøBuilding Self-Confidence:** By valuing how I feel over what the scale says, Iāve built a stronger sense of self-confidence and self-worth. Itās empowering to define my worth beyond a number and to recognize my own beauty and strength. ā”ļøSetting Realistic Goals:** Without the pressure of a specific weight goal, Iām able to set more realistic and sustainable health goals focused on long-term well-being rather than short-term results. ā”ļøEncouraging Positive Habits:** Instead of resorting to extreme dieting or exercise routines to reach a certain weight, I focus on cultivating healthy habits that nourish my body and support my overall health and happiness. ā”ļøSetting a Positive Example:** By ditching the scale, I hope to inspire other moms to prioritize self-love and self-care over societal pressures to achieve a certain body image. Itās about embracing our bodies for all theyāve accomplished and loving ourselves exactly as we are.
