My Roman Empire is how little women know about their fertility / reproductive health. My Roman Empire is how 90% of female targeted products and consumerism is potentially toxic and disruptive to our hormone health and fertility. I am learning A LOT. And slowly trying to make big and small changes in all areas of my life. This mission to grow our family has become a different kind of mission 🤍 and for that I am grateful. 3.5 months after leaving Sydney and I haven’t felt this good in as long as I can remember I’ve realized that just because I look fit does not mean that I am healthy. It does not mean that I am not chronically stressed and deregulated. It does not mean that my body isn’t suffering on a cellular level. I’m far far far from perfect but I’m trying to make changes that I wish I knew about earlier in my life so maybe I wouldn’t be here having to take a synthetic hormone to help me conceive at the age of 30 as a “healthy” young woman.
