Recipe for Lemon Ginger Carrot Wellness Shots: • 6 Lemons (peeled) • 2 Large oranges (peeled) • 3 Large carrots • 6 ounces ginger root • 1 cup water • 2 teaspoons ground tumeric • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper • pinch black pepper • pinch of himalayan salt Juice lemons, oranges, carrots and ginger root in juicer. I like to peel my carrots and ginger root as well. Add juice, water, tumeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt in pitcher. Mix until well combined. Add to 2 ounce bottles.
