Recipe: 1 Pound Ground Beef 1 Tablespoon Parsley 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning 1/2 Cup Parmesan 1/3 Cup Almond Flour Salt and Pepper to taste 1 Egg 1/3 Cup Water 4oz Mozzarella Cheese (cubed or shredded) Mix all ingredients together (except for Mozzarella). Roll into 12 meatballs and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. You can then save them for later (freeze is ok). When you’re ready to eat, cook for another 10 min at 350 to melt the cheese and heat them up! Full recipe snd macros: https://www.simplefunketo.com/blog/ketobreadrolls Here are the Ingredients You'll Need: 1¼ cups almond flour 3 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal 2 Tablespoons psyllium husk 2 teaspoons Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt (or Italian seasoning) 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar 3 egg whites 1 Cup Boiling Water Stir the dry ingredients together. Then mix in the apple cider vinegar and egg whites. Finally, add in one cup boiling water. Be careful not to over mix. The dough should be sticky, spongy, but pull away from the side of the bowl.

Recipe: https://www.simplefunketo.com/blog/coffeecakechaffle Recipe: For the Chaffle: 1 Tablespoon Butter 1 Egg 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour 1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 Tablespoon Monk Fruit For the Crumble: 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon 1 Tablespoon melted butter 1 teaspoon sweetener 1 Tablespoon chopped pecans Chaffle: Melt the butter in a bowl, mix in the egg and vanilla. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients for the chaffle. Crumble: In another bowl with the melted butter for the crumble, add and mix the rest of the ingredients. Pour half of the chaffle mix into your mini waffle maker or griddle Top with half of the crumble mixture. Cook 5 minutes or until done Makes 2!
