Pros of this NAR decision: 🏡 Agents will now be compensated according to the level of service they provide (like any other product/service provider..ever..) 🏡 Home sellers will not be collectively expected to pay the buyer’s agent and therefore saved from the risk of buyer’s agents directing their buyer to higher paying listings 🏡 Home sellers may save on selling costs (I say ‘may’ because I’m not sure it will really save on costs or how that would be gauged) Cons of this NAR decision: 🏚️ Whiny realtors who are more concerned with making a check than building a business that serves home buyers will be sad :/ 🏚️ Gurus who are affiliated to real estate licensing companies can no longer say you make 2.5-3% of EVERY home you sell 🏚️ Buyer’s agents have to do real work now What do you think? ⬇️ #realestateagents #realestatenews #money #realtor
