These adorable pinecone truffles would make the perfect addition to your holiday table, they would be so cute at your Thanksgiving table or even for Christmas! You can use any chocolate cookie you want and mix it with cream cheese to create the filling and they l taste so good!! The inside reminds me of a fancy truffle! Pinecone dessert ✨1 block of cream cheese ✨7oz of chocolate cookie (I used the double chocolate chips from @tatesbakeshop ) ✨powder sugar for dusting ✨edible gold dust for added sparkle! ✨chocolate cereal Instructions: let your cream cheese come to room temperature. Then add your cookies to a Blender or you can put them in a Ziploc bag and smash them until they are tiny crumbs. Then in a bowl, combine your cream cheese with your cookie crumbs. Keep mixing until it is fully brown. Mold into the little triangles, then cover with the chocolate cereal. Dust with powdered sugar and gold dust and enjoy! I had an open can of pumpkin purée sitting in the fridge and then it occurred to me. Why not make pumpkin lasagna soup with it!! the pumpkin flavor is very subtle so even if you don’t like savory pumpkin flavors, this is a great way to use up an open can! Pumpkin Lasagna Soup ✨4 oz pancetta ✨1 lb ground beef ✨1 large yellow onion diced ✨8 cloves of garlic Minced ✨1 can pumpkin puree ✨2 Tablespoons of tomato paste ✨3 teaspoons of each: garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil ✨1 jar of marinara sauce (I like raps or ✨8 cups chicken broth ✨1 bay leaf ✨2 teaspoons cinnamon ✨1 Tablespoon sugar (optional) ✨2 cups spinach ✨1/2 cup heavy cream ✨rind of Parmesan cheese (optional if you have it) ✨salt and pepper to taste For the cheese topping ✨2 cups ricotta ✨1/2 cup grated Parmesan ✨1 cup shredded mozzarella ✨1 Tablespoon fresh parsley 1.On medium heat, brown the pancetta, then remove it and set aside. 2.In the remaining oil, sauté onions until translucent. 3.Add ground beef and seasonings, then cook until browned. 4.Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 5.Stir in tomato paste, pumpkin purée, and cinnamon. Let it caramelize for about five minutes. 6.Add tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, pancetta, Parmesan rind, bay leaf, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. 7.Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes. 8.Bring the heat back up to a boil, then add lasagna noodles. Cook until al dente. 9.At the end of cooking, stir in spinach, fresh parsley, and heavy cream. This easy lunch idea is packed with protein! With the wrap alone, you are getting an additional 35 g of protein High protein, sun-dried, tomato cottage cheese wrap ✨1 cup full fat cottage cheese ✨2 eggs ✨1 clove of garlic ✨1 Tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes in oil ✨onion salt ✨Trader joes Aglio Olio seasoning (or everything but the bagel seasoning) 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Add all ingredients, except the Aglia olio seasoning, to a blender. 3. Blend for 30 seconds (do not over blend to avoid making it too runny). 4. Spray your baking sheet with nonstick spray. 5. Then Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. 6. Spray the parchment paper with nonstick spray. 7. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet in a thin layer and sprinkle with Aglio Olio seasoning 8. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy! You can also make two smaller wraps, and save one for the next day, and just warm it up in the air fryer. Strawberry jalapeño margarita, Mocktail ✨2 strawberries ✨1/2 a jalapeño(or more for spicier) ✨1 teaspoon strawberry syrup(optional for sweetness) ✨1 whole lime juiced ✨salt ✨1 can of probiotic lime soda Coat the rim of your glass with lime juice and salt.
