Mix in the mixer until combined. In a separate bowl, add Walnut, coconut and cinnamon and mix well. Cut one package of Filo dough and half line a 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Place one sheet of Filo dough on the bottom brush with melted butter top with another layer of Filo dough and do this for 10 layers after 10 layers, add half of the walnut mixture, top that with the cream cheese mixture and smooth into an even layer. Add the remaining walnuts and top with shredded Filo dough and pour remaining butter on top. Bake for one hour at 350°.
