🥕 Let’s make an Easter Dinner. Welcome back to my Kitchen Corner series, where I try out new recipes from my Kitchen Corner. I’ve gotten a few requests on what I would make for Easter, so this week, I am doing all things Easter; first up, this Easter dinner spread. 🍷 In this spread, we have: Roasted Carrots Garlic Herb Lamb Chomps with Asparagus Hasselback Potatoes Lemon bars Here’s what you need to make this at home: For the roasted veggies, it is simple. Prep your veggies of choice—I chose carrots and asparagus—place them on a baking sheet, drizzle some olive oil with salt and pepper, and then bake in the oven at 425 for about 15 to 25 minutes. Once done, you can glaze your carrots with some honey sauce, serve your asparagus with the lamb chops, and enjoy! For the Lamb chops, marinate them in chopped garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme, salt, and olive oil for about 2 hours. Cook them in a skillet for 3 minutes on each side, basting in butter, garlic, and rosemary while cooking. Once done, enjoy them like this or with a brown sugar glaze. For the Hasselback potatoes, place your potato in between 2 chopsticks to guide as a stopping ground when cutting thin strips along the potato. Then, place your compounded butter (recipe on my website) in between those strips. Bake at 450 for about 45 to 60 minutes. 🤍 Pair this with a dessert of your choice; I chose lemon bars & enjoy!
