Daycare teachers do soooo much for families and are often paid so little for the amazing and valuable work that they do. Not only are they paid very little but they are managing classrooms with many children who all have different needs. There is so much to manage and only two teachers to do it. Not only that they are also working within the guidelines and laws from the state that limits what they can and cannot do during their days. There is so much to consider when lookin into childcare but none of these things are red flags.
