Before the shots were available for chicken pox, adults would encourage kids to spread it around so they could build immunity while we were young. There would even be chicken pox parties!! I ended up catching mine naturally without any conspiring. I don’t think my mom would’ve been too down for that anyway lol! From what I recall, it was miseraaaabblllee.
