Marshmallows: -1/2 cup warm water and 1/4 cup beef gelatin. Set aside. -1/2 cup water and 1 cup honey or pure maple syrup. Boil for 5-7 min. -slowly add honey mixture to gelatin mixture and whip on high to soft peaks.
