It is so important for men to be involved in the early days of caring for their newborn babies. It is so important for men to help care for their partner after they’ve given birth. However, when men do this, they get a participation trophy even when they’re not doing the book of the work. When women do this work if they were to list out these stats they would be told so you signed up for this, so what? This is your job.
