Please delete that, please dont take my picture, please dont post that! Self hate, self doubt at its strongest after having a baby.. Its taken me alot just to post these few pictures the others are in my deleted folder. It takes a long time for that confidence to come back, especially when your body doesn’t “bounce back” as society likes. I wish normalising building one another up was a thing but instead we bash one another 😞 #why I guess self love must come from within.
