LIVED IN PASTELS !! I first went in with @pravana 9 levels lift ultra light lightener to balayage her hair ! For her icy toner for the blonde I used @pravana hydragloss 1.0oz 10abv .25oz 10b with 0 lift developer for 15 mins ! I then went in with my vivids I used @pravana clear pastel mixed with blissful blue and afew drops blue topaz, I used pretty in pink with clear pastel, and I used clear pastel mixed with to cute coral !! I did also do an overlay after the toner on top with clear pastel mixed with silver direct dye from @pravana as well to achieve the final tone ontop !!
