"Wow. Just freaking, wow". This was our first time seeing an eclipse in totality & honestly it was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. If you ever get the chance DO IT! It's incredible. The last time there was a full eclipse we lived 6 hours from the line of totality and we figured we are close enough it'll still be cool (and it was). But the difference the TINEST little sliver of sun still showing through makes a HUGE difference. We regretted not trekking to the totality point and we vowed "next time!". I couldn't believe our luck that this time totality happened to hit Maine just 2 hours from where we are. Definitely worth the trip. Who got to watch the eclipse??
