BANANA LOAF CAKE 😍 Who would you share it with? Ingredients • 4 ripe bananas • 3 eggs • 1/3 cup vegetable oil • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar • 1/4 cup light brown packed sugar • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract • 1 1/2 cups flour • 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1 cup walnuts (chopped) Caramel • 1 cup granulated sugar • 1 cup hot water • Melt sugar and water in a pan over medium high heat until golden brown Preparation: • Preheat your oven to 350°F • Smash your bananas in a large bowl • Add oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla, then mix well • Add flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda • Mix in your walnuts and place mix in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper • Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean • Carefully pour the hot caramel on your cake and let it cool! • Slice, serve and enjoy! #dessert #food
