A mature breakup with a narcissist is kind of an oxymoron because they aren’t capable of being mature or allowing vicitms to move on with their lives. The narcissist will do anything possible to maintain control over you, your emotions and your life, so you have to be the one to find closure on your own… and it’s HARD, but its a necessary step in the healing. You CAN do it. Stay strong. The sooner you set boundaries, go no contact and focus on healing, the sooner you’ll be out of this pain.
