These plate loaded machines I use are great because instead of driving straight ahead with a barbell, you are wider at the bottom and closer at the rib giving a greater stretch and contraction 😈 . Outside of these, dumbbells are also great to use for your presses and I am also a fan of flies for that really deep stretch. . Remember that form is more important than weight.
