Employee to entrep realtalk. I quit my job 10 years ago. Marami nang napagdaanan, marami pang pagdadaanan. Palaki ng palaki yung challenges na dumating in the process of growing our business. A very powerful thing we learned: the more your business grows, the bigger problems you’ll be faced with. That’s the truth. It’s all about ACTIVEY LOOKING for challenges that push us beyond our limits - not just solving the ones that fall on our path. I know. Crazy.
