Here’s a super fun 15min workout for the pelvic floor, core, glutes and legs! Glute and leg strength is key for stability and pelvic floor health. By the way, im not here for the aesthetics goals, nor do I practice yoga for pretty poses, outside shapes or workout for that, but rather to feel good, release happy hormones, feel strong, inner awareness, body connection, selflove and to have a functional, mobile, pain free, resilient body! Moving our bodies should feel good and not like a chore. I’m 43 yrs old, a full time mom, with 2 children, and also working full time! I don’t have time for 2hr practices and work outs anymore as in my 20’s. But I do spend time for myself everyday to connect to my body, trust me little goes a long way! The important thing is consistency. I am human, not perfect, nor I strive to look 20 at 43, nor to look anything but how I do. I love my body as it is, with all the stories it tells, the places it’s been and all the beautiful reminders that we are alive! Our power and beauty comes not from our age or the way we look but rather from how we feel. That’s the shit that shines through! And yes, there’s always room for goals and growing. But I have loose skin, saggy boobs, cellulite, stretch marks, sun spots, and all the things! And, I still rock my booty shorts because I want to and I celebrate my resilient beautiful body that gives me so much. And I hope you do to!
