I couldn’t even do a single body weighted lunge when starting my weight loss journey.. Now here I am doing doing cross over bulgarian split squats with a jump to just add a little spice. The thing is I didn’t get here from playing it safe and easy - I got here from working my ass off and getting uncomfortable.
