We’ve begun filming our documentary on UNRWA funding, and how it serves as both a moderating influence on society and an essential lifeline for the Pαlestinian community not only within Pαlestine, but outside of it in places like Lebanon’s Shatila refugee camp. Fin Depencier and I have been amazed to hear the extraordinary stories of people who have grown up in these camps and rely on UNRWA aid in order to have access to healthcare, education, and opportunity outside of them. We’ve been blown away by our welcome here in Lebanon and we have identified a few key stories that we are very much looking forward to sharing with you all!
