Ive been preaching this to all my clients since the begining. A strict diet will not work for a ling period of time. You need a little blance. If i was to eat 3 meals a day 7 days a week and messed up on 1 meal and go a lil dirty im still winning cuz out of 21 meals im only messing up on 1 in a given week. Thats still an A😂.
