Ughhh. The vicious cycle continues. Last time I lost weight I used this exact method. I think the problem came into play when the excess weight was gone and the muscle was there so i could eat some junk and not gain. Old habits weezled their way back in and here we are. I already had to buy bugger clothes and its almost to that point again 😭 Yesterday I saw a pic from 2 years ago and I remember how good it felt to be strong and fit. Time to get to it 💪 THE PLAN (for me, not saying this is what you should do): Each day get 20-30 grams of protein every meal and snack (6 times) 3 cups of vegetables, plenty of water, rest, and exercise. Limit booze to 2x a week and no more than 4 drinks at a time (might sound like a lot but this is actually cutting back for me).
