Hot Honey Glazed Salmon 🥑🥒😋 FULL RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ Ingredients: • salmon fillet • honey • siracha hot sauce • soy sauce • avocado • cucumber • green onion • olive oil • seasonings (salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika) Instructions: • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillet and season with the seasoning shown. • In a pot, add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil under a medium heat level. Add olive oil and salt. • Once the water is boiled, add 1.5 cups of washed rice and let it come to a boil. (To adjust the serving size of the rice, use the 2:1 ratio) • Once the water level decreases, reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. Let the rice cook for about 5-8 minutes. • In a pan, under medium heat level add some olive oil. Cook the salmon fillet for 4-5 minutes on each side. Once cooked remove from the pan and set aside. • For the sauce, add 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/4 honey, 1/4 siracha and about 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Mix thoroughly until combined and bring to a low simmer. • Add your salmon into the pan and coat with the sauce. • (Optional) slice some cucumber, avocado and green onion.
