I’ve been working on improving myself on all aspects of life (not just physical) — financial, mental, social, spiritual ++ AND everytime I feel like I need to improve on something (ex. clearing up the skin, or getting healthier hair) — 1 year is not enough. It’s always 2-3 years. Even if I’m always staying at home, I still do my self-care routines as if I’m going out, just because it’s my body and I need to take care of it.
