Sauce: At medium heat, cook 100g of cauliflower with 3 tbsp butter. (Just enough to cover it). Cook till the cauliflower becomes soft. Sieve it. Switch to medium high heat to cook the butter till it turns brown. Siew it again. Blend it with the cauliflower. Add lemon juice, salt, and egg. Blend it till it becomes a sauce texture. Sieve it for a smoother texture. Almond Shrimp: Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch to 150g of shrimp paste. Carefully place the almond flakes.
