Once they’re risen, cover rolls w/olive oil and press down in pan. I then sprinkled with garlic salt, added my pizza sauce, next pepperoni, then bacon, then pizza crumbles, and all my veggies, before topping with mozzarella cheese and sprinkling with Italian seasoning.
