Sausage and halloumi skewers recipe! So much flavour! This will become a dinner time favourite! * Ingredients: 225g block of halloumi, 8 Cumberland sausages, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp lemon juice, Drizzle of honey, * Method: 1.) In a bowl combine the chilli flakes, oregano, vegetable oil and lemon juice and set aside. 2.) Cut the halloumi into large chunks and cut each sausage into 4 pieces. 3.) Place the halloumi and sausage onto the skewers alternating between each one. 4.) Brush both sides of the sausages and halloumi with the chilli and oregano marinade. 5.) Bake on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in the oven on gas mark 6 for 25 minutes, turning halfway through. 6.) Smashed crispy mini potatoes with Parmesan, diced chorizo and JD’s chipotle infused hot honey! A great potato dish that is a meal in itself! * Ingredients: 700g baby potatoes, 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 12 slices of chorizo, 30g parmesan, 2 sliced spring onions, 1 sliced red chilli, 30ml hot honey. * Method: 1.) Wash the baby potatoes and mix together with the Cajun seasoning and vegetable oil. 2.) Place onto a roasting tray lined with greaseproof paper and cook in the oven on gas mark 5 for an hour. 3.) Remove the potatoes from the oven and squash with a potato masher, return to the oven on gas mark 7 for 30 minutes. 4.) Put the diced chorizo in a pan over a medium heat until crispy. 5.) Remove the potatoes from the oven and put onto a plate. 6.) Top with grated Parmesan cheese, sliced chorizo, sliced spring onions, sliced chilli and hot honey. Delicious Biscoff banana bread! * Ingredients: 130g butter, 100g granulated sugar, 40g light brown soft sugar, 2 large eggs, 110g self raising flour, 50g crushed Biscoff biscuits, 80g smooth Biscoff spread, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 ripe bananas, * Method: 1.) Butter and line a 2lb loaf tin and pre heat the oven to gas mark 4 or 180c. 2.) Cream together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. 3.) Add in the slightly warmed Biscoff and mix through. 4.) Add the two beaten eggs and mix well. 5.) Fold through the self raising flour, crushed Biscoff biscuits and baking powder. 6.) Biscoff stuffed white chocolate chip cookies recipe! * Ingredients: 120g butter, room temperature, 80g light brown, 80g granulated sugar, 1 medium egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 250g plain flour, 90g finely crushed Biscoff biscuits, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 300g white chocolate chips, 50g melted white chocolate, 150g Biscoff smooth spread, 7 Biscoff biscuits, * 1.) In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. 2.) Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix until combined. 3.) Add in the flour, crushed Biscoff biscuits, baking powder and salt and mix until a stiff cookie dough is formed. 4.) Add in the chocolate chips, mixing until evenly distributed. Leave the cookie dough to chill in the fridge for at least an hour. 5.) Place 7 x heaped tsp of smooth Biscoff spread onto a greaseproof paper lined plate and freeze for at least an hour. 6.) Weigh out dough balls to roughly 130g and make a hole in the middle. Place the frozen Biscoff spread inside and cover with the cookie dough. 7.) Place 2 cookies on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in the oven at gas mark 4 (174 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before topping with a dollop of melted white chocolate to stick on the Biscoff biscuits. 8.) 5 ingredient Biscoff cake! * Make this easy and delicious Biscoff cake with only five ingredients. It looks brilliant and the sponge is moist and full of flavour. A must try for any Biscoff fan. * Ingredients: 400g Biscoff biscuits, 5 extra Biscoff biscuits, 2 tsp baking powder, 320ml milk, 1 egg, 150g smooth Biscoff spread. * Method: 1.) Line an inch square tin with greaseproof paper. 2.) Crush the Biscoff biscuits in a food processor until they are finely crushed. 3.) In a bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff biscuits and baking powder. 4.) Whisk in the milk and beaten egg until fully combined. 5.) Pour into the cake tin and bake at 175 oc or gas mark 4 for 20-25 mins until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. 6.) Once cooled, place onto a wire rack and drizzle over the melted Biscoff spread (warm it for 30 seconds in the microwave to melt). 7.) Crush extra biscuits around the edge and place a full Biscoff biscuit in the middle. 8.)
