Here are some recommendations to visit in Labuan Bajo: Destinations: - Rangko Cave: you can swim inside a beautiful cave in a 15 mins boat to a little island worry not about the sun but the bat instead - Kelor Island: one little island near Bajo with amazing views and if you’re lucky you’ll see sharks around the island (I did yeay! 😋) - Kalong Island: see hundreds if not thousand bats flying in a batch around sunsets - Padar Island: the ICONIC bajo destination tho you must trekking for half into an hour but worth the view! Recommended to come at 4 or 4.30 so you can catch the sunrise! - Pink beach: one word from me: UNREAL. Still not believing my eyes that the beach was literaly PINK and SOOO BEAUTIFUL! The camera catch nothing compares to you eyes when you stepped there. - Manta point: A spot to swim with rays, tho due some little incident with another boat we cancelled to visit them but ig you should visit! - Komodo Island: well, its basically a lucky spin island! If you’re lucky enough you will see the endangered Komodo having some sunbathing, tho I could say I’m lucky enough since I’ve meet 9 of komodo bcs the previous visitor batch only seen 2 of them - Taka Makassar: not sure if its an island bcs nothing there only a really lil beach with amazing views - Kanawa Island: I could say the most beautiful snorkling spot I’ve visited in Bajo with lots of interesting animals but be careful of the invisible jellyfish stung 🥲 - Ayana Resort: It doesn’t matter if you’re not staying there, you can just chillin waiting for the sunsets on their resto or even try their sports game such as their iconic transparant kayak or kano - I would recommend to go with Phinisi open trip (I went with @eastindonesiatrip) and you’ll visit all those island with the professional tour guide! - Don’t forget to just walking around the main island to their ‘tepi laut’ and eat breakfast like locals Resto/ Cafe: - Le Cecile: Food was ok but THE VIEW 💯 - Maison Belmont: A cute little Ice cream shop - Mohini resort/ resto: after a trip to the different side of the island, take a lil rest here while looking at their aesthetic resort and mountain x sea view - La Cucina: an authentic italian resto with a pretty big portion to share with your friends - Mimamori cafe: A suppaa cute cafe in the center of the island in case you want to Work from Bajo or just having some cutie little brunch - Pondok Mai Ceng’Go: Craving for some local food? Worry not! Giftshop: - Yasmine giftshop: They sell variety of things with reasonable price, I even got my dream beach hat there!
