HIGH PROTEIN VEG SANDWICH 🥪 Recipe✨ Ingredients: 1 cup boiled black chickpeas (kala Chana) 4-5 green chillis(adjust as per your taste) Handful mint leaves Handful spinach leaves Handful cilantro 3-4 cloves of garlic 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Lime juice Minimal water to blend into thick paste/spread Sliced paneer Sesame seeds Kashmiri red Chilli powder Sliced cucumber Sliced tomatoes Sliced Boiled beetroot Sliced Onion Bread of your choice 1-2 tsp oil to cook paneer slices for Method: Make the spread by blending boiled the ingredients. In a pan add oil, once heated add sesame seeds & place paneer slices, add Kashmiri red Chilli powder and sprinkle some more sesame seeds. Allow to cook on both sides.
